h4 visa valid
i have question about if i am out of status from h1b then my wife also out of status from H4 visa. if she wants to go back home country then after she can enter on h4 visa if i am out of my H1b visa.- pharmacy2005

i am now on H1b visa and i got laydoff so now i am out of status and my wife on H4 visa. so my wife also out of status from H4 visa. my wife wants to go back home country so she can enter on H4 visa if i am out status from H1B visa- pharmacy2005
