I am in USA, my L1B Visa expired in Sep 2008 and I have got extension approved which has attached I 94 with it. In April 2009, my COS was applied for L1B to H1B and now I have got H1B too approved with attached i94 (same no thou) and valid from Oct 01' 2009
Question is - 1. when I travel to Canada in Jun and come back in July, I presume I have to get my passport stamped by with LVisa in Canada to be able to reneter USA. Right ?
2. Since I would have already surrendered my L1B I 94, I will be issued new I 94 in July which would have a diff no than what's on my H1B petition. How do I handle this contradiction ?
