Do we need to give 15days notice to emp before resign. I know I will not get paid even by informing. I want resign on same day of informing, because if I give more time he may create problem with GC, can not take any risk. other than salary, will it be any problem specially if it bloodsucking...

Guys, In the disclosure data section, click on FLC link. And then "permanent" then download zip file of the year of LC approval. Its a mdb file, you need MicroSoft Access to view this file. I found all info except job desc. I still unable to know get jod desc with the help of OCC_CODE...
