I have received the I-140 approval and am waiting for the I-485. When I checked the update I was told that they needed additional info on the I140. a) Is that possible? b) What is an appeal? And how will that help my case? c) Anyway to make the 485 process faster?

My I-140 has been approved. Is it possible for me to change jobs at this stage or do I need the I-485 to be approved? If I can change jobs at this stage what is the process?
