District/Country/Province/State (help please)

Hi..i am currently in United Arab of Emirates and wanted to fill out the forms of Diversity Visa 2015. But I am confused on what to write regarding the District/Country/Province/State. My current address is UAE Sharjah, P.O. Box 27038. What should I write...please advise.
