Guys, I am also one of the march unlucky ones. My ND is 03/23 and RD is 03/18. I have a feeling that EAD renewal application may trigger I140 processing. I am going to ask my lawyer to send my application.

Probably some bug in the software :) Just kidding. Guys I am also waiting for that day. Mine RD for for both is 03/18/04. When I called the emergency number they said my 485 is ready and waiting for 140. Even the name check is done. So I was lucky, not have to send request for name check.

For concurrent filers, I-140 needs to be cleared before changing jobs. Also once you use your EAD, your H1 becomes invalid. You might want to talk to a lawyer.

Congratulations!!! zootsoot, Did you filed concurrently? Have you received any LUDs on 485? I saw one case where in I140 was approved without any say on 485 in case of concurrent filing. Hope you'll get your 485 approval pretty soon and you can celebrate ur new year with freedom :)
