I am a US citizen and my wife is currently in Toronto, Canada. I have submitted forms I 129f for a K3 visa. On the form I mentioned that they send the approval notice to the US Consulate in Toronto (on line 20 of the I129f). However, someone told me that the Toronto consulate does not process...
