EAD and AP processing times for USC filing for married sister living in the US on the H-1B visa.
What are the processing times for getting the EAD and the AP when a USC files for a GC for a married sister who is already in the US on the H-1B visa? I understand that the GC takes about 10-12 years, but my concern was more with interim EAD and AP. Can I still get it within 90 days of filing...- passtoGC
