So what should I write then ???? N/A in both forms ? I 130 & I 485 ?

I entered by plane and officer stamped my passport with the date and wrote N/C... I was thinking of writing adjustment status .. since I am already married and I am filling I-130 & I-485 together Could you please clarify

Hello everyone I am a Canadian Citizen , enter the US in Feb 09 as a visitor , but stayed passed 6 months , I got married to a US citizen in DEC 09 and we are filling for I-130 and I-485 concurrently and I will like to know what will be my current immigration status for filling purposes ...

I dont have an I94 Canadian citizens dont get them

So here we are relying on a guess then ... does anyone really know ?

Ok so if I were to stay more than 6 months in the US ... then I will be out of status .since we can only stay up to 6 months as tourist .... Then how will inmigration know if I was out of status once I leave the US and try to come back ? I just dont want to have any problems next time entering...

I come to the US twice a year to visit friends and clients ..... but always enter by air .. now with the new law since I left by land coming back the same way ... and have no stamp on my passport to proof how long I stayed the first time... I do not want to have any problems

I enter the US on February 11 BY AIR from South America ,got my passport stamped .... then in May I left to Mexico BY LAND , I have no stamp on my passport as proof that I left the US before my 6 months where up .... i am planning to go back to the US BY LAND from MEXICO .... am I going to have...

What if my employer files it for me ... Can they do that ? I do not want to go to the border .... Yes it will be my first TN but it is my employer who will take care of application , fees and paperwork. Thanks in advance for your help
