My I140 processed at TSC got denied with the educational evaluation.
They had my incorrect engineering degree certificate from some 'incorrect' university. I don't know how they got it, may be a flaw from my petitioner.
MTR has been filed and the correct degree has been sent to the USCIS.
How much time does it takes to get a reply back on MTR? (1st question)
Also my H1-B expires 1/11/2009 (6 yr term). Can i initiate my H1 extension processing now? (2nd question)
The biggest caveat to all this is i have a vacation plan to India now and should be back by 10th Dec. I have to do my visa stamping while in India. Is there any problem in getting visa approved? (3rd question).
