I got COS to L1A from L1B. I have GC Labor pending and with the current processing time will get LC cleared in July 2006. My current L1A is valid till Feb 2006. My employer/attorneys are saying that, me already being in L1A doesn't automatically qualify me for the EB1 category and skip the LC...
