Thanks, I do not see a way to check the status of my name check, however. USCIS customer service does not seem to have way to receive updated info on this issue. And any reason why a FP would take 15 months? -P.B. P.S. What is IBIS?

Is there a difference in the processing time for the background check as opposed to FP exam? My online status says that the results of my FP exam are back but no mention of a background check. Does anyone know if they are approved at the same time? My FP was approved after about 14-15 months....
