Hi,i am jut49,i applied 4 green card my wife;s & my self,on september,2008.my wife has got g c in november 2008,but mine was pending,still to day,yesterday i recd.request 4 evidence,re-birth certificate,& marriage certi.i have to submit non existence record certificate 4 both birth & marriage, may i can get from indian embassy washington d c ? Any member/one in a similar position ? Are there any better option ? Uscis due date is june 20,2009. I recd.r f e on 1-130, & 1-485,application. Can any suggest me....option ? Thanks
