I'm in the same boat bro. This backlog sucks! :mad: Here's my status, LC approved October 06 I-140 approved November 06 EB3 H1-B 7th year, in process of applying 3 yr extension on the basis of I-140. Question is can I change jobs within the same company and move to a different state.
