Is the online case status accurate ? .I have seem some posts here that say that online status is out of date for atleast 2 weeks.

You can go to any INS civil surgeon and get the shots done. I had received the RFE for the same.

My I-130 notice has priority date of Apr,4th 2000 and I will be eligible to apply for a V visa in Apr'03 . I am presently in the U.S and would like to know the procedure for applying for a V-Visa ? And also presently how much time does it take to get one? thanks

Hi, Does any know for how long is EAD valid after I-1485 denial or after an I-485 case in abandoned . Reason I am asking this is because , if I am fired by my employer and fail to get another job , I would like to know how long I carry on.

Thanks Jagi. But I don't think that happened in my case . I think that INS doctor wrote on form I-693 that I have Class B TB and RFE says that I need to follow-up with a physician. I just don't understand what sort of documentary evidence does the INS expect.
