If you mean RTD... Yes. I have renewed my RTD 3 times after filing i-485.

My passport was valid.... Sorry guys, but they did not take away my RTD. They actually stamped that passport. I asked what I will do when RTD expires, they said to request another one and \'staple it together with the one that is stamped\'. But they also said that that would be unnecessary...

Last summer I traveled to Europe with RTD and it was OK ...I received visa from Italian consulate without any problems. I also obtained advance parole for returning to USA and did not have any problems at customs.

Is it possible that INS revokes my ASYLUM on the day of stamping passport? I am then falling into this category and I might be called for passport stamping. However, my concern here is that INS can deny the application due to the fact situation in my country became better and thus request...

How long we have to wait to aplly for citizenship after GC is issued??? It used to be 5 years after asylum is granted but now it appers that that have changed to 5 years after GC is issued. Any knowledge about this ???
