    Any inputs or data on when the file will be transferred for cases approved recently at NSC to the NVC (for CP). My case was approved 10/12/00 and it had not reached NVC till yesterday. If anyone is on the same boat, please share information Thanks

    Can I apply for friend\'s green card??

    No Title you need to clarify whether you want to go for OR or EA in EB1. EA your friend can go for himself. For OR he would need a job offer, if you can provide that, you can sponsor him.
