Received my passport today...

The IO told me & my wife to wait in the waiting room. Then another officer came and called the people who have completed interview, and told us to come on 15th (the next day) for oath ceremony. Looks like in Charlotte, NC, the ceremony is twice a month.

Me & my wife have completed interview on 14th (no issues), took oath on 15th. We applied for passport the same day. All the best to all who are waiting on this.

Website update - Mine is scheduled for interview - didn't get the letter yet. Updated my signature.

Today my status has updated to Testing and Interview. See my signature for the timeline.

FP done today in Charlotte, NC.

Applied N400 in September. My timeline is in my signature. FP date is Oct 2nd at Charlotte, NC.

Received my FP notice today by mail. Appointment date - 10/02. Thought of do a walk-in, then realized it is just 1 week difference. So planning to go on the appointment date.

Let me make bit clear, do we need to take the appointment letter for FP ?

I haven't spent much time in this citizenship forums. Can anybody explain whether we can just walk in with out an appointment for finger print ? If so, what do we have to take with us ? Does it speed up the process of getting citizenship ? Thanks in advance.

I filed N400 along with my spouse's - sent the applications in the same envelop, all the dates are same for both of us.

Yes, I did send to TX, I did mention N400 in the address label.

I am sorry to ask. Is something wrong if we get NBC # ? I too applied last week and got an NBC #.

1. We did not stop by at the US side when driving to Canada. So, no Exit stamp on passport, and I-94 docs were with us. I was bit nervous abt this when I was in Canada, but everything was ok. While back to US, 1. Crossed the peace bridge, went to the booth. That person checked our passports...
