So i went to the office today to pick up my interview results and they were close... i was all excited, worry and looking forward for my result. Anyway, anyone has this kinda thing happened to them before? if so when are they going to give out the results again? oh btw my office is in NYC.

thanks for the comments, to answer some of the questions, I filed my application in NYC because i live there. My lawyer said interview went fine and my story and my answer matched about 99% of the time which is always a good thing as well as AO was satified with my answers most of the time...

I have an interview with USCIS for political asylum on 13th. What i want to know is what is the possible out come of the interview? Also in case if my case get referred to the court what is the judge possible decisions? anyone has any info please let me know. Thankyou.

Finally i talked with the USCIS office directly and turned out my lawyer never refiled my papers.. after i finished school. But USCIS was nice enough to let me refile the papers myself directly to them. Hope i get an interview soon.
