I am F-1 status in the USA, and I got married to USC who has ex-wife out of status filed I-130 is not accepted since 2003 and he got devoiced on Aug. 2010 after that he re-mairred with me Dec. 2010. We are filing froms i-130 & i-485 Jan. 2011. in my case, how long USICS will get approved ?? my husband has prevoius filed I-130 will affect my case???
