    OPT passed 90 days EAD not received

    Dear prfu12, I have exactly the same issue. they told me at the ins in Pittsburg office that they no longer issue interim EAD. How did you resolve your issue? Also, I have an F1 and graduated. my 60 days after graduation are up and I am affraid that I will have to leave the country...
