Enter USA 1998/with my pasport but somebodys else visa(because i was runing away from balkan wars//Stoped at airport /asked for assylym/gave a couple interview/keept in jail 30 days /released with NTA(notice to appear in Court) and with a alien# .
After that they put me on removal procedings in 2000.During all this time have been with my c08 status (assylym seeker)and have received from ins emmp.autoriz.card.
In 2008 got married to a usc and she file i-130 which got aproved in june 2008.
Since my assylym case still pending in court and iam here in us can the judge terminate the removal procedings ?or we have to go ahead and file i-485 ??
