BIG DELAYS on I-140 https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=TSC It seems I-485 is up to date...but I-140 is back logged...weird... Anyone under regular processing in March get I-140 approvals???

Bizzare... I am getting close...HOWEVER - the date for i-140 fell back 2 months...what on earth is going on??? I was on an L1B visa...what i-140 am I on...the reason I ask is the processing date for one of the i-140s is now @ Sept 2003!!!!!!!!

Here are my details...anyone further along? Lets stick together!:)

What was the received date at the UCsis? IE how long have you been waiting?

I was on trackitt.com and reviewing the time for the approval on i-485... It seem most people are approved on EB1 in under 6 months... Is that for real? How accurate has trackitt been in the past???

EAD Question Guys: Got my EAD card...I am EB1C filing concurrently... So, If I were to leave my job today - could I work elsewhere.... I do not have my I-140 approved or my I-485.... What do you think?:rolleyes:

Quick question... I just got my EAD card. My I-140 is not yet approved nor is my I-485... At what point am I able to go to a new company? After the I-140 is approved or After the I-485 is approved? Or can I change companies now? Would love some perspective on this...
