Yes, I should have filed I-824 but at that time the processing time is 6 months. That's why I applied new AP. Is there any way to get the 1st approved AP other than filing I-824 ?, Thanks

If the AP documents were returned back to USCIS then only they will issue duplicate copy otherwise they won't issue. I did not moved after filing I-485.
