my interview was last year in september and got oath 4 months + 1 week from the date of the interview.

at my oath they took my greencard..but lets say if u dont give it in what happens? as in you dont even file a police report u just dont give it in.

then whats the problem? If they clearly said they will send yo oath letter later then you have to wait. i was afraid of this happening therefor i used to call the IO line every other day and ask if i got oath..

I wanted to update this info incase it happens to anyone else..I have to return the passport iwth the nat-certificate and they will re-write the error and send it to me in 2 weeks, I dont have to take new pictures..I hope to do this soon It's weird being a man.

it says it on my natz certificate female in caps, i just dont understand why the stupid mistake..does anyone know how long they take to correct it? what if i lie and say im traveling soon?

i never did info pass before..i dont think it helps much but waste time..what do they do there? basically nothing but tell you to wait for ur oath or for ur interiew letter....not like infopass makes them move ur case faster.
