i got 2 REF on 140 similar to your case. first REF on w2 and company's financial documents. 2nd REF on full tax returns of the company etc. my 140 and 485 approved after 10 days of getting 2nd REF documents. so nothig to worrey at all.

i agree. I was under 2 above and got REF on 140. then i saw 3 above and all got approved

online message was standard " on....we sent REF etc..."

Hello, This may be silly question but wanted to confirm. My 140/485 approved (as per online status) but my existing EAD is getting expired in Jan 2005. I applied for renew of EAD 6 long back but did not receive the new EAD yet. Do i need EAD anyway? please advice gurus
