    Visitor / Work permit for relatives for whom I-130 has been filed

    H All, I am a US citizen and am planning to apply GC for my brother. I know it takes a long time. In the mean time , can he visit or tourist visa ? Also, if he gets a job, is there a problem in getting H visa ? Thanks
