hi i been married for 6 years i had child i apply first time 2004 i got denied then i re apply 2008 i had inter view8/08 my wife secretly wrote a letter jan/08to withdraw her i 130 case she wanna punch me she admitted to me on jan 2009 and she regret it and she was traying to send them a letter back to re open i 130 i dont know if they close my i130 and i 1485 congress man they said my case close no appeal plz help
