Thank you guys for your inputs. I forgot to mention that I've been working for the sponsoring employer since Nov of 2001. They applied my LC on 2004 and up to this moment I am still waiting for the GC to be approved. Do you think this is one of the reasons why they came up with AC21? USCIS...
