Local Office
My attornet told me to go to the main Local office and they will give me the card since the case has been transfered from the NSC to TSC.
He says if we filled directly with TSC then they migh not consider my request.
Any one sailing in the same boat or experienced this before.
Recieved a reply from my Attorney.
He strongly recomends me to make a visit to the Local Office . But he has not told me any specific office..
Does anyone any know the main office in Dallas?

I am planing to visit the Local Office and explain them the situation. I heard that they are sometimes understanding. My attorney also suggested me to file for a inquiry on your adjustment of status application at the Local Office.
Did anyone do this before?

- Went for an interview this year in Jun and they told us that we are all set and they are just waiting for our FBI clearance.
- After some time we received a notice that my wife's fingerprints got expired and she gave her finger prints two months back...

We filled our 485s in Nove 2001 in Nebraska.
Got your EADs by end of Dec.
Got FP notices by Feb and took our FPs in May 2002.
We got our interview notice just a month back and attended the interview. Don't know what's going to happen next. As of now, we are waiting.

My I-485 was filed in Nebraska in 2001. It got transferred to the local office in Dallas. We (my wife and me) got an interview notice from the Local office that we have to attend an interview. I was a little concerned when we got the interview.
