Got approved Nov 2004, stamping done in Dec 2004, received the plastic card Jan 2005 Got 2 emails that my case approved on May 5, 2005 and today got the welcome letter, saying that my card will arrive in 3 weeks I don't know what to do now

It goes to the Attroney. I guess as it was mailed on Dec 3, it should have reached your Attroney's office by this time.

Did your wife gave medical at the time of I-485 filing or they are just asking again

Today I went for PP stamping at Boston Office. I also had both copies, When I asked which one to give, the officer took original copy and gave me back the courtesy copy.
