Applied for EAD/AP on Nov 5 Received letter to pick up on Dec 4 on Nov 22. Interview scheduled for May 5, 2003 San Francisco stopped issuing same-day EAD/AP when they stopped receiving forms in person. This begain Aug 12, 2002 or so. Hope this helps others waiting for EAD/AP

I applied for I-130/I-485/EAD/AP for my wife on Nov 5, 2002 at the San Francisco District Office. Just wanted to get an idea on timeline for getting EAD/AP as well as I-485 approved.

re FP dadulya, i applied in CA. No I haven\'t received my FP notice. Will post to this list as soon as I get the notice.

Rcpt # I got a 797-C form back from INS. It says Receipt on the top and it does have a 13-digit WAC #. So the only number of significance of the form is the 13-digit #. I do not have a receipt # as such.
