I just visited Canada with my mom by road. I went to Washington DC to get her Canadian visa. They issued me for three days as per my request. While coming back the USA officer just checked her passport, did not stamp anything, just looked into and returned us. Have fun !

I have the same conversation with USCIS I called 800 number. The CSR said the same thing. She told if my mom's visa will get denied she won't be in troube while reentering the USA with her 10 years visa, she needs to cary copy of all the document while she travels.

I got the same RFE and my lawer replied in a week and I got both the approvals before in next week:) Now it's a party time :)

USCIS asked for my W2 for 2003 and Fedaral Tax papers for mt company.

I was issued RFE on 6th Oct. My attorny got it on 8th..my employer faxed the reply to the attorny on 11th...USCIS got it and updated LUD to 15th Oct. My both thecases were approved on 21 Oct. ...now waiting for the approval notices. :) EB3 CC ND 15th Sep 2003

I have the same message as above. LUD changed four times after they issued me RFE and twice after they received my lawyers response.
