    Do I have a chance for an NIW Case

    Genome, in your case EB1 is better option than EB2-NIW , EB2-NIW I140 itself it took 10 months for me. then for I485 its as usual as normal EB2, have to wait to priority date to be current. my friend has a Ph.d , he got green card in hand in 20 months on EB1.

    NIW I140 approved

    My NIW is approved I140 filing date : Apr 2008 I140 RFE for submitting citations Jan 6th 2009 I140 RFE replied Jan 27th I140 Approved Feb 11th 2009 I have 1 major journal paper published in 2006 with 9 citations and few published abstarcts from conference proceedings.
