I had a question, with your WOM case from your past posts, how did you find who the AUSA was ? assigned to your case. I don't see any Attorney assigned in PACER. I was thinking instead of waiting whom shall I call and ask for ? Who could provide this info. It has already been 2 weeks since EDNY received my summons. Should I speak to someone from the Civil division ? Just curious ?

I too got exactly the same response, that decision could not be made due to A-File missing or not received at their office. After calling repeatedly I was told by a Tier 2 officer that my file was received at the Field office on Mid November, approx. two month after the interview. Try to do the same - Keep calling till you get someone who will disclose this.
