    Hi, I filed my I-485 in Feb 2006. My case was transferred from VSC to NSC in May. The processing time in NSC is May and in VSC is Februry. Which processing time should I follow? Did someone have the same situation? When can I make an inquiry about my case?

    waiting NIW RFE approval from NSC

    Niwnsc NIWNSC, I don't have much time to prepare for my RFE. I just sent two more independent recommendation letters. I have published five more papers and reviewed four papers. My lawyer told me that events after filing won't help my case. Good luck.

    Fyi My I-140 is still pending. My RD is 9/14/05. My LUD for I-140 changed on 2/28/06 once since I filed for I-485.
