Thanks for the reply. What do you mean by domiciled in USA ? A physical address will do ? Or do I need to establish ties by getting driver's license, opening a bank account, etc...

I just turned 21. I am going to school in Canada. My parents are Canadian citizens and father is working in USA (TN visa). They also have assets. Therefore, it can be established that they can support themselves and then some. Will I be able to sponsor my parents for GC ? Thanks in advance.
