Well yea, i'll do the K-1 or K-3 visa. I just wanted to get her a tourist visa so she can visit for the mean time but it looks like that can't happen anymore. But at least she has no penaltys. Thanks everyone for the help!!

Ok. I heard that she will have to have her visa canceled and get a new one in order to enter the U.S. Do you think they will give her the new visa?

Ok thanks for clearing that up. Do you this there is anyway she can visit me? if she comes it will only be for a month or a month and a half at most and she would leave before her 18th birthday. I just visited her in may but want her to visit here becasue i have to work.

You haven't told me if she is held responsible or not due to age. And also if i will be given any problems at all. If i file for the K-1 (i think thats the fiance visa) will it be as if she never overstayed? Meaning like would it be as if she never commited anything illegal and we can proceed...
