    i485 denied after i140 NIW approved?

    Hello All, just wanted to know if anyone came across with the case when the i485 was denied after I-140 was approved under NIW. If you can please elaborate on details it would be great. Thank you very much!

    filing I-485 processing after I-140 approved

    Hi All, Does anybody know how long is the processing time for I-485 if it is filed after the I-140 NIW has been approved? I just received the i-140 approval, filed in Aug 2002 Thank you.
