I was just wondering if anyone had their Passport stamped in Philly recently(2004). If yes, what are the office timings? How long does it take to get the passport stamped, as iam planning to take my newborn baby along. Thanks a bunch. RD 3/18/02 FP2 11/03 AD 2/5/04
