My L1B is valid until July 2014 and the same has been mentioned on my I94 when i entered the US. However, because of some pressing Issues, My Employer is asking me to return back in next twenty days.
I have invested in Physical Assets here and recently signed my rent lease. leaving in such a short span of time is going to be impossible.
In case i stay back on my present status and dont report to my employer, what are the repercussion effect. Incase, I resign then I am legally out of Status? What are the possible options to get a few days/weeks of breathing time so that I can manage myself appropriately.
