    Regarding EAD for L2 Visa

    I dont think the fact that you have a L2 visa makes you eligible for employment...atleast that was the case with me... I have a SSN but have to take time off work till my new EAD comes through...:(

    Volunteer work on an expired EAD

    Volunteer work on an expired L2 EAD I should have mentioned this in my last post..I am on a L2 visa I do not know if volunteering would be against the USCIS rules..I wont be accepting any money and will be working for a non profit.. Any help is appreciated.. Thank you
