basically we are in indians.we applied from muscat.on 23rd march 2014.to quebec federal skilled worker.by courier.so far i did not receive qny letter from quebec.for acknowledgement and file number.my friend applied from india before one month to me.he got acknowledge and file number.so please let me know.what should t do?whom to contact for this.
