H1B is expiring in Nov 2008. Can I apply for GC
My 6 years of H1B is expiring in November 2008. I have one and half year left on my H1B. Do I have chance to apply for Green Card. I know it is late. But if I go for premium proccesing do I have a chance of getting GC. Please can somebody tell me what are all my chances to get 7th year...- newlaser
