I am here since 2002, entered with a B-2 visa, and stayed over on my visa since. 2002 my father applied I-130 and approved. Now I want to apply for my AOS, but some people say you need to file 601 waiver application. I am divorced and have 3 US born children, and all my family members are here US citizen
