485 of Primary Applicant approved but Dependent AOS application filed three days afte
Hello Everyone, I am in situation where my 485 application got approved on June 25th,2007 ( EB3 India - Substitute labor - Nov 2001 priotity date, 485 filed in May 2005, CSC - > NSC on Feb 14th, 2007). I don't know if I should be happy or not as my wife's AOS application was not filed before...- NeedGCInfo
