friends, usually how many LUd you got before your 485 approval? And what is the interval? any LUD after name check cleared?

my details: I140/I485 submitted 03/19/05 I140 approved 04/19/05 FP received: 5/2/05 Second I140 approved: 7/29/05 I485 LUD: 8/22/05 due to email enquiry (name check) LUD: 8/27/05 don't know why; probably still related to the email inquiry

Henth, did you get your update for your FP already? Also did you get email back saying that your case was in the name check step after your enquiry?

Pray for myself. The response I got for my Aug. 22/23 is my case is name check pending. Hope they cleaned up my name check after that in 4-5 days:)

QuziFan, Congratulations!! That is a great news for you. I got an update on Aug. 22 and 23 due to my email inquiry. Then on Aug. 27 (saturday) I got another update. I did not get any message change yet. Did you send them email inquiry recently?
