Having a valid B1 is an issue for attending H1b stamping ..?
Hi, I need help on attending H1b visa stamping. I am having a valid B1 visa, I am planning to attend for H1b visa stamping which was approved in Aug-2007.If I attend for H1B stamping will my B1 be cancelled..? And also while attending for B1 visa I mentioned in I-797 form as I didn't attend...- naresh babu
