Same here I am in the same boat, PD has been current since Feb 1st and name check has been cleared. Got a reply on Feb 3rd stating that your case will be adjucated in 60 days. But not heard anything since then. Sent an email on March 17th, yet to hear back.

Got a reply from Mr. Williams today for my inquiry on 2/1. "Adjudication should occur within 60 days".

I guess Bademiyan also has a point. Since the bulletin is for Feb. We might have to wait until Feb for the Visas to become available.

ramayya is correct. The priority date for India for EB2 is 01Aug2001 as per Feb bullentin. ramayya, I am in the same shoes as yourself. Priority date is June 2001. ND for 485 is Aug 2005. Still waiting..., Last time when I checked in december, I got the reply as "No visas available". myslm

In the same boat My spouse is in the same situation. RFE received as unable to scan signature. Replied back with new signature. LUD has changed 3 times with no change in message. It is about a month since they received the reply back to rfe. Still waiting.....
