Hi Everyone, I has applied PR under Outstanding category. My I-140 was approved on Oct 23, 2009 and I will complete 6 months for the pending I-485 on November 15, 2009. Can I change the job after November 15? I have filed EAD and hopefully, it will be coming soon. Do I need to file some paperwork to change job.
If I am right, I can change my job in the same category after I-140 approval and 485 pending for more than six months. Can I change job as soon as I receive my EAD card. thanks for your help
